In order to use the service, you must :\n(a) accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy;\n(b) register with us on the Website\/mobile app \n(c) be a Nigerian citizen (or a legal Nigerian resident) of at least sixteen (16) years of age\n(d) have a Bank Account with a Nigerian financial institution\n(e) provide all information requested by us, such as your name, email address, mobile device number, online credentials for your Bank Account, and such other information as we may request from time to time (collectively, \u201cUser Information\u201d).\nYou guarantee and represent that all of the User Information you periodically submit us with is truthful, accurate, up to date, and comprehensive. When making payment using Biltapay via the website or mobile application, you authorize You give us permission to charge the full amount of the payment, along with any applicable fees, to your account. You are solely responsible for making sure you have enough money in your account to cover the necessary payment.\nWe may charge a certain amount as fees for using the service or transacting on the product.
