We maintain comprehensive written information security programs that include administrative, technical, and physical safeguards in our computer systems, databases, and communications networks that are appropriately designed to protect information contained within such systems from loss, misuse, or alteration. We also require our third-party service providers that receive Personal Information from us to have these safeguards in place. We cannot 100% guarantee absolute security of your personal information as no electronic storage is 100% secure. However, we will ensure to secure your information using top security systems and encryptions. Therefore, you also play a role to safeguard your personal information. Please, safeguard your username and password and other security information to your Biltapay account. Do not share or transmit this information with others. If we receive instructions using your Biltapay account login information, we will consider that you have authorized the instructions. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Biltapay account or any other security violation.
Protecting Children’s privacy
Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not and will not deliberately collect or solicit Personal Information from anyone younger than 16 through our services. If you are under the age of 16, do not use our Services or submit any information to us. In the event that we have collected personal information from a child under age 16, we will delete the information as quickly as possible.
