These Terms of Use, together with any documents that are specifically referenced in these Terms represent an agreement between you and BiltaTech Technologies ("Biltapay", “us”, “we” or “our”) and contain the terms and conditions governing your use of and access to service (websites and mobile application) owned and operated by us, whether as a guest or a registered user.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy apply to you at all times when using and accessing the Services. We ask that you carefully read these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that you have read and understand these Terms and our Privacy Policy and that you agree to be bound by them by using or using the Services. Please do not use or use the Services if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated in these Terms and our Privacy Policy
Who We Are
We are BiltaTech Technologies, a company registered and incorporated under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We are an online payment platform service provider that allows you to make payments for numerous bills and services, such as electricity bills, school bills, airtime top-ups, cable TV subscriptions, data bundle recharges, and internet bills
Requirements to Use the Services
In order to use the service, you must : (a) accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy; (b) register with us on the Website/mobile app (c) be a Nigerian citizen (or a legal Nigerian resident) of at least sixteen (16) years of age (d) have a Bank Account with a Nigerian financial institution (e) provide all information requested by us, such as your name, email address, mobile device number, online credentials for your Bank Account, and such other information as we may request from time to time (collectively, “User Information”). You guarantee and represent that all of the User Information you periodically submit us with is truthful, accurate, up to date, and comprehensive. For compliance purposes, you agree to authorize us either directly or through a third party to obtain, document and verify your identity. As such, when you register for our services, you may be required to provide us with information that allows us to verify your identity which may include: a government issued photo ID (National Identity card) or Bank Verification number and such other information that may be required from time to time
Offer of Goods and Services from Third Party Merchants
When using the service, you are permitted to make payments for bills and services offered by our third party providers. Therefore, you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use as explicitly stated herein as well as the terms of the third party providers. Your access to these services do not imply approval from us. Hence, you agree to be solely liable for the products purchased.
Payments and Fees
When making payment using Biltapay via the website or mobile application, you authorize You give us permission to charge the full amount of the payment, along with any applicable fees, to your account. You are solely responsible for making sure you have enough money in your account to cover the necessary payment. We may charge a certain amount as fees for using the service or transacting on the product. Such fee may include but is not limited to processing fees which will be disclosed before you complete a transaction.
Restrictions on Service
You consent to preventing any other individual or organization from accessing the Services using your mobile device, login, and password. Your username, password, and any user information are your entire responsibility for maintaining their security, confidentiality, and upkeep. You are accountable for all transactions and other actions carried out using your username, password, or mobile device, whether they were done so voluntarily or not, unless otherwise mandated by the applicable law. Please get in touch with us right away if you think there may have been any illegal activity or access to your mobile device, username, or password. We do not grant you any license to our intellectual property (Logo, icons, trade names etc) and all materials are protected by intellectual property laws.
What to Do When Access is Breached
In the event that your mobile device gets stolen or someone gains unauthorized access to your username and password, you must contact immediately support@biltapay.com. We may require you to provide us certain information in order to take any action.
Warranty Disclaimer
At Biltapay, we will strive to ensure our website and product is up and running and at the same time devoid of bugs. However, you expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk. We provide all materials with no warranty and strictly on an “as is” basis and to the extent permitted by applicable law, we as well as our third parties disclaim any warranties included in or accessible from the service, we provide including but not restricted to, any implied guarantees of non-infringement, merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose. We and our third party service providers do not guarantee that (a) Our service will meet your requirements (b) The service will be uninterrupted and bug free (c) The quality of our product and services will meet your expectation The use of our service is done at your own risk and you are solely liable for any damage or loss of data that may occur to your computer or device. No information whether written or orally obtained from us by you from our website or service creates any warranty.
Limitation of Liability
To the full extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to the limitation of liability provision that Biltapay, its third party service providers, partners, employees and other affiliates will not be liable to you for; the performance of te service, inability to use the service, any direct or indirect incidental, punitive, or consequential damages in connection but not limited to loss of profit, data, goodwill or other intangible losses as the case may be irrespective of whether the person have been advised of the possibilities of such damage arising out of Biltapay’s website and or services.
Breach of These Terms
In the event of a reach of these terms and conditions, we may carry one or more of the following; (a) suspend your access to our services, (b) restrict devices using your IP address from accessing our services, (c) contact your internet service provider requesting your access to the service be blocked (d) termination of your Biltapay account .
